Payment Extensions

If you find yourself in a pinch to pay your bill by the due date, you may be eligible for a payment extension. To request an extension, please follow these steps:

1. 1. Contact Us: Call our office or visit any of our 3 locations during normal business hours before the last day to pay your bill.
   2. Eligibility Requirements:
      • You must have had at least 1 previous bill at this location (this cannot be your first bill).
      • You must not have failed to meet the terms of an extension in the last 12 months.
