Clay County Connect is dedicated to managing our network to help ensure that our customers receive a secure online experience. These tools and practices may change from time to time to keep up with changing network technologies, and new and innovative ways our customers use the network. Clay County Connect does not provide or ensure security for any customer connected devices. Antivirus or firewall protection for a customer-owned computer, laptop or hand-held device is the sole responsibility of the customer. Clay County Connect does deploy security measures to secure our network hardware in the data center and the field against unauthorized access. This is accomplished using network monitoring software and firewall policies throughout the entirety of our network. Clay County Connect does not, cannot, and will not protect any customer connected devices from any malicious, harmful, or accidental attacks or service disruptions caused by such.
