Section 22 – Lifeline Program

Clay County Connect offers VOIP phone service with or without purchasing an internet plan. Qualified Clay County Connect customers may receive a Lifeline discount on VOIP services. Credit will be applied to the customer’s account on a monthly basis as long as the Lifeline program considers the customer eligible. VOIP service minutes are unlimited. International calls are available for a per minute fee; please contact our office for each country’s rate. Call waiting, 3-way calling, voicemail and long-distance calling are available with no additional charges. Additional fees apply for additional products and services, such as back-up battery and additional phone lines.
