Section 17 – Refund or Cancellation Policy

Thank you for selecting Clay County Connect. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, we are here to help. We handle all refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you signed a 24-month contract upon installation and cancel before the 24-month period is up, an early termination fee will apply. The early termination fee will not exceed the remainder of the 24-months of service multiplied by the minimum level of service agreed upon in your contract. If you paid for the initial installation and did not sign a contract, you may cancel your service without an early termination fee but, your refund will be prorated based upon the days of service.
