Clay County Electric Cooperative Corporation (CCECC) is a not-for-profit cooperative organization, which means that all margins of CCECC accrue to the benefit of the members we serve, not stockholders. Additionally, control of CCECC is local; the members elect the Board of Directors, who themselves must be members of CCECC.
