Device Attachment Rules

Clay County Connect allows customers to attach any lawful device to our network so long as it does not impede the provision of internet service, harm the network, enable theft of service, or harm other users of the service. All Clay County Connect customers will receive an optical network terminal that will physically connect to the indoor fiber drop at the premise. Clay County Connect does not allow any customer to connect their own optical network terminal to the fiber drop. Any attempt to do so will result in complete loss of service until Clay County Connect configures, places on site, and tests an optical network terminal with the customer’s optical network terminal removed from the premise.
